I recommend this book to any DBA.Some scripts won't work because there are "in between the lines" steps to be performed that have not been mentioned.

Print shop assembled pages 233 thru 248 stuck together with these pages bound 1/2 inch lower than rest of book and with bottom 1/2 inch missing from each page. Obvious poor quality control!.
