Prime made the price a real value. Shipping expense often negates the "value"of many pre-used book.

When I was a child, I had a map of the solar system featuring, among other things, nine planets including Jupiter with twelve moons. The solar system has not changed much, but our perception of it has.

While I'm glad I managed to finish this book, because it offers me insight into the Solar System that I certainly didn't have, I have to say this book is a bit dry. How to Read the Solar System is not a bad book; in fact, it's far from being "bad.
