This book is well organized and delivers a practical approach on using OpenSceneGraph in many use cases. With no doubt it is a good tutorial, even for those who does not possesses much knowledge on Computer Graphics.

After a very thorough introduction on how to download and configure various platforms to develop using Open Scene Graph this book gets straight to the meat. The author presents a series of use cases with code on how to accomplish specific goals using Open Scene Graph.

I purchased the beginner guide and it was a great start for getting into using OSG. The second book is a great follow up into expanding upon how to include other functionality.
